TrackVia is billed on a month-to-month basis. We will charge your credit card at the end of each month as payment for the month just ended. We will pro-rate your first and last month, and give you full credit for the remainder of your trial period, if applicable. You will be charged for any users whose user accounts (logins) are active at the end of that month or who logged in at least once during the month and have been deleted.
