Hey guy's, really love the flexibility of TrackVia. I especially like some of the CRM applications with Trackvia. But, may I make a suggestion or request. Take it one little step forward and allow users to email a non-branded response to received emails collected from websites. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to respond to that customer that emialed support@companyxyz.com with a question directly from Trackvia. It would be as if the user was replying to sender directly from Outlook and complete with a predefined CompanyXYZ signature. If nothing else, just wanted to get this on the wish list. In a sense, what I have for the "wish list" is sort of related. I get a lot of requests from our brokers saying "I wish Trackvia would note it in the history when I emailed a client". (Of course, these are the same guys who actually wanted Trackvia to store the email itself so they could remember what they wrote. Yeah, right guys, I ask them to get right on that.)
We definitely agree that this would be a great feature for TrackVia to have and we have this on our road map of future enhancements to make. If anybody has any suggestions to add to this request let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate every body's needs.
