      What fields can be used when linking to another database?
      Answer:

      When you create a link to another database you are asked what database and what field to use.  When presented with the fields to choose from you might notice that some fields in your database are not available options.  When creating a link you must link to a field in the other database that is one of the following field types:

      • Short Answer
      • Number
      • Auto Counter
      • Email
      • URL
      • Calculated Short Answer
      • Calculated Number
      • Calculated Email
      • Calculated URL
      If a field is already being linked to from another database it would not show up as an option when creating a second link.
