      Title:
use an answering service for data entry?
      Summary:

We have several customers who have an answering service enter data into their TrackVia accounts.  A couple of examples are order-taking (consumers call the company's number, the call is answered by the answering service, and the answering service enters the order details into TrackVia) and even a towing company (a tow truck driver calls the towing company's answering service, gives the details about the vehicle he's about to tow, and the answering service enters the details into TrackVia).  Are there other customers out there who would find it valuable if TrackVia offered an "answering service" for data entry?

    • An interesting way to use Trackvia to gather order or request data is to use one of the internet based services like jott.com that takes voicemails and converts them to email and sends them to you. If you set it up so the email goes to a Trackvia monitored account you just got order information entered into your database with no hassles!
