It will save you time while you’re trying to find that one record in your database of over 100,000 records! Our search functionality works like an Internet search engine on steroids according to Jack Germain.

A few search pointers:

• Enter a phrase in quotation marks to indicate that the terms must appear together
• Start a search term with an equal sign for an exact match
• Ability to search change notes, comments and attachment names
• Put a negative sign in front of your search term to return all matches that don’t contain this term
