    Merge your images into templates
    Summary:

    Our mail merge tool has always been a favorite for customers that use it.  One limitation on this feature was that we could not merge images stored in a image field into your template.  This has now been updated to allow for these to come into your templates!  When merging an entire view this will use the display preference set for the image size whether it's icon, thumbnail, wallet, or full size.  When merging a single record these will always come through as a wallet sized image.  Keep in mind that the end result will still have to be under 75 MB.

      Just want to thank you for this feature as we are one of those that requested it.  Already began modifying my databases to use it. Can't thank you enough.

      What is the status of being able to use pdf files in the image field?  I also need to bring them over in the mail merge.

      We have plans to support PDF files in the uploaded image fields but even then you would be merging the entire PDF document into your template.  If you would like to provide a link to download the document we could use a calculated URL to create a field that can merge a link to where this is stored in an uploaded document field into the template instead.  Contact our support at (800) 673-3302 or support@trackvia.com if you would like help with this.

      Any update on supporting PDF Files in mail merge? I think this could be a huge feature.
