An interesting way to use Trackvia to gather order or request data is to use one of the internet based services like jott.com that takes voicemails and converts them to email and sends them to you. If you set it up so the email goes to a Trackvia monitored account you just got order information entered into your database with no hassles!

The form builder is pretty easy but it does require some basic html knowledge and Trackvia doesn't host the form for you.  I usually create the form in Trackvia and then use an html editor like coffe cup html to make it exactly how I want it.  That said, once Trackvia creates the form it works flawlessly every time for getting your data into the database.

Yeah it's great!  We use Trackvia for capturing, managing, and resolving comments for large public transportation projects and as a project team portal where we post team documents, calendars, action items, to do lists, team assignments, etc.. among a few other uses like basic business stuff like contact lists, email newsletters, and mail merge for letters.
