View Formats

TrackVia provides a diverse set of view formats in which you can visualize your data.  Click the Format name in the table below to go to more detailed information about each format.

Table Similar to a spreadsheet. Click on any value to update it. n/a Drag-and-drop columns left to right.
Grouped Table Organize records into groups, where each group has a title in the header.  Each group may include a "total" such as Sum, Minimum, Maximum, etc. n/a Set 1 or 2 levels of grouping.
Summary "Collapses" a table view to show summary data.  Also known as a pivot table or cross tab. Click any summary value to see a table view of the underlying records. Reverse the 1st / 2nd levels to change axes.
Charts Graphical representation of data.  Includes several sub-formats of bar charts, pie chart, line chart, area chart, etc. Click any colored segment or subsegment to see a table view of the underlying records. Side-by-side bar charts produce bar charts within bar charts.
Map Our maps are a Google Maps "mashup" that display pinpoints on an interactive Google Map. Click any pinpoint on the map to go to the underlying record. Use a calculated field to color-code the pinpoints based on field values.
Calendar Displays records on a calendar, in a Month view. Click any item on a calendar to go to the underlying record. Use a calendar in a parent table to count the child records on a specific date.
Find dupes Set 1 or more criteria to find and display duplicate records in a table. Click the "see this group" link to see all duplicates with the same value. Use the checkboxes for our "batch update" feature.
