Working with formulas

 

Account admins, or normal users with permission to edit a table's schema can work with formulas.

1. Go to the Table Setup page of the table where you want to create a formula.
2. Use the Field Chooser to select the appropriate type of calculated field.
           Note: This determines how your result is displayed (currency, text, date, etc.).
3. Type your formula into the provided box. 
           Note: Click here for a list of all functions
           Note: Click here for a list of all operators
4. Click Save changes.
           Note: In a table with many records, the update may take several minutes to complete.
